cottages are hidden amidst 1000
acres of parkland, wildflower
meadows and woodland on the historic
Gisburne Park Estate. This is
my home and I feel spoilt to
live here…
Now we are inviting you to spoil yourself, why not unwind with a glass of champagne in the hot tub under the stars, by the river, try your hand at fishing in the beck at the bottom of the garden (you might even catch your dinner). Watch the race horses exercise on the gallops, walk into the estate and discover some of the private old ruins that so few have seen, or wander along the river and see rare sika deer grazing or kingfishers gliding down the river. Wander into the village which the estate surrounds – there is a spectacular Italian and a classic English pub. The estate is a wealth of nature and wildlife.
Inside the holiday cottages we have retained their charming character. The design is country / cosy with beds that you could sleep in for days and Moulton Brown products. Lie in and listen to the river running its course. Stay up late with a good book and a glass of wine around the log burner. All the mod cons are there as well, home entertainment systems including LCD screens, DVD players and PlayStations.
We also have a Concierge Service that can do just about anything (within reason). We can book you tables at the best restaurants, reserve tickets at the theatre, get you seats to a football game or backstage passes to a concert. We can also arrange to have your car valet for you.
